Shipping/Handling Policy: - All orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service via 2-3 day Priority Mail. The charges per order are as follows: In the United States, $5.00 for an unlimited number shipped to one location. International charges will be calculated upon request. However, you can take advantage of our special offer. If you purchase $75 or more in charms in one order, the shipping and handling charges will be waived!!!

Return Policy:
- Absolutely no returns on any products are accepted after 30 days from ship date. All returns must have a RMA number. ALL non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. All returns, defective or not must have a RMA number on the package to receive credit.
